•Disadvantage : single point of failure.

Ring.

•Single circle network

•No terminated ends

•Each computer acts as repeater.

•More reliable than pure star network

•Each computer is transmitter and receiver too.

•One node stop means all stop after that node.

•All nodes are interconnected by dedicated lines to all others.

•Highly reliable ease of installation.

•Very costly and redundant.

•Used in conjunction with others to make hybrid technology.
