Customer value with example:
Customers
who is consuming something from the market or place its called customer. He/she
is the backbone of the market without the customer market cannot run. Customer
value measures a product or service's worth and compares it to its
possible alternatives. If customers feel like the
total cost of an item outweighs its benefits, they're going to regret
their purchase. Especially if there's a competitor who's making a better offer
than yours for a similar product or service.Because customer
is rational and things at the margin incentives.

Satisfaction:
The
consumer wants to good services from any seller or company’s brand. If the
seller are successful to doing good serves during selling his item. Then seller
must satisfy their buyer. Actually the satisfaction is fulfillment of need or
wants. Customer satisfaction is important
because it provides marketers and business owners with a metric that they can
use to manage and improve their businesses.
ü Example: A customer buys a
thing from competition market. But unfortunately after buying the thing which
thing he buy it was costly as compare to others brand. Then he was unsatisfied
from that brand and he cannot buy it next time.
